Ilkley Grammar School presents The Amazing Maurice and his Educated Rodents - The Musical, based on the novel by Terry Pratchett. The show is at the King's Hall on Tues 28th Feb, Weds 29th Feb and Thurs 1st March at 7.30 and tickets are on sale at Grove Music priced £7.50, or £5 concessions.
Travels in Blood and Honey

Elizabeth Gowing has written a wonderful book, "Travels in Blood and Honey," about her life in Kosovo. It is full of photographs, traditional recipes and a sprinkling of useful Albanian words to use on your travels. She will be at The Grove Bookshop on Saturday, 22nd October at 11am to chat to customers and to sign copies of her book. Everyone should have recovered from the Literature Festival by then, so make a date in your diary and come down to the shop for a chance to learn a bit about bees, Kosovo and honey!
