Following another successful Ilkley Literature Festival we are resuming our events programme with book launches for two local authors;

Alan Reynolds - The Gates of Dark Death

Award-winning local author Alan Reynolds will be here to celebrate his gripping historical thriller which is grounded in meticulous research, whisking  readers away to the heart of 1530s London, immersing them in the sights, sounds and pungent smells of Tudor England. Alan will be discussing his writing journey and sharing some of the interesting historical facts uncovered while researching for this novel.

Mark Davis - The Birthplace of Dreams.

Author and photographer Mark Davis launches his new book celebrating the Bradford birthplace of the Bronte sisters. In this Image-driven book we take a journey in the footsteps of those remarkable young women, focusing on their early home in Thornton.
